As per group consciousness, the next I/G meeting will be held on the phone.All you’d have to do is dial in a number/code and you are there.
We are doing this for a few reasons:
1) To see if we can make it work 
2) To lower costs3) To avoid all the time involved in commuting4) To foster participation

The next meeting of the New York UA Intergroup will be Saturday, August 10, from 1:00-3:00pm, at 276 Fifth Avenue, Suite 704-D, Manhattan.

(Between 29th & 30th Streets; nearest subway stations Herald Square B/D/F N/Q/R/W, or 28th Street R/W.)

We represent groups throughout the Tri-State area, and all who are willing to do service on behalf of the program are welcome to attend!

Starting this week, the lunchtime Steppin’ Out meeting at St. Bart’s will be on Wednesdays, from 12:30-1:30pm, in the Welcome Center.

Enter the church (which is between 50th & 51st Streets), through the main entrance on Park Avenue and ask for directions, or take the right hand aisle to the back of the church, and watch out for the signs for the Welcome Center.

As always, you are welcome to bring your lunch to eat at the meeting, and you do not have to stay the whole hour. The format is unchanged, rotating between Steps, Visions and Goals.

John is interested in starting a new, early morning meeting (e.g., 7:00 am), somewhere along the L train route, either in Brooklyn or Manhattan.

If you would like to help start the meeting, please contact John directly.

The Steppin’ Out meeting has revised its format to include a Goals meeting on the second Tuesday of each month. Members will be able to share on their goals and the actions they are taking to achieve them, in a round robin format.

In other weeks, the meeting will continue to read the Steps from the 12&12.

We are please to report that the Manhattan Realization Center has resumed normal operations, and is once again open for meetings.

With the continued closure of the Realization Center, tonight’s meeting will be held from 8:15-9:30pm at St. Margaret’s House, 45 Fulton Street, Manhattan.
